- Pick up from hotel Visit the Manzini Market and have a taste of swazi breakfast-thin porridge
- Craft and fresh vegetable shopping at the manzini market
- Check the traditional medicines stall for local cures for all ailments.
- Leave the town and head for the rural areas of eLwandle (12 km) out of the city
- Visit the local village and cook traditional food for lunch.
- The friendly swazi people from the homesteads will assist you with the ingredients and recipe of this kind of food
- Fetch water and wash dishes
- Visit the local families and get to try the siswati language.
- See the day-to- day lifestyle of this friendly and welcoming swazis.
- Transport back to your hotel
